A decision has been made, so the council is no longer taking comments. Refused, 7 July 2026.
This application was named on the agenda of Planning and Development Committee on 21 May 2026.
What the committee decided
Members deferred the application so that Members could carry out a site inspection, a visit to the site, to consider highway safety.
Application received
The council checks the application is complete and gives it a reference number.
Consultation
The council tells neighbours and others, usually with a site notice or letters. Anyone can comment, usually within 21 days.
Decision
Most applications are decided by the council's planning officers. Larger or disputed ones go to the planning committee, where councillors decide in public.
After the decision
If permission is refused, the applicant can appeal to Planning and Environment Decisions Wales. Other people can't appeal, but can comment on an appeal.
