The Old Deanery Diocesan Centre Brecon LD3 9DP

A number of structural defects have been identified over recent years. The most severe of these relate to the east gable of the north cross wing, where the historic timber lintels at lower ground floor level have failed and are currently propped. These proposed works are structural repair of failed timber lintels to enable the existing temporary works to be removed and the internal spaces returned to functional use.
