Extension to the house via existing side elevation, south facing, furthest gable from the highway. A two storey addition that increases the kitchen and dining area on the ground floor and adds a fourth bedroom (new master bedroom) to the property. Windows to major on front elevation for both the ground and first floor, glazed element also on new gable end again facing south away from highway, rear windows also for kitchen diner and bathroom on first floor. The existing single story element of the house will be levelled in order to create clearance for the proposed two storey extension.
