New Court Farm New Court Lane Llantilio Pertholey NP7 8AU

Creation of a new family home by extensions to two occupied buildings (one is currently the family's home), uniting them to form the new accommodation, using the profiles and some of the structure of three existing buildings on the site, converted into a contemporary whole, to house both family accommodation (at first floor) and the operational hub of the farm (at ground level). The proposals also seek to redress the somewhat dilapidated character of the site through careful re-greening and rewilding.
