A decision has been made, so the council is no longer taking comments. Approved, 27 October 2023.
This application was named on the agenda of Planning Committee on 26 October 2023.
What the committee decided
The committee deferred the application for a Planning Committee site visit, so no decision was made.
Application received
The council checks the application is complete and gives it a reference number.
Consultation
The council tells neighbours and others, usually with a site notice or letters. Anyone can comment, usually within 21 days.
Decision
Most applications are decided by the council's planning officers. Larger or disputed ones go to the planning committee, where councillors decide in public.
After the decision
If permission is refused, the applicant can appeal to Planning and Environment Decisions Wales. Other people can't appeal, but can comment on an appeal.
