This application was named on the agenda of Planning Committee on 7 September 2023.
What the committee decided
At Moat Farm, Llysworney, members resolved to approve the seven homes, subject to Welsh Government removing its holding call-in direction and the applicant paying £18,676 towards public open space under a Section 106 agreement. At 11 Dyffryn Close, St. Nicholas, members approved the demolition of an annex and a two-storey side extension, subject to the conditions in the report. At 16 Heol y Frenhines, Dinas Powys, members deferred the application for a 6ft fence so that conditions could be considered.

The council checks the application is complete and gives it a reference number.
