Have your say

This application is waiting for a decision, so you can still comment. Say whether you support or object, and why, sticking to planning matters. Comments go to the council and are usually published.

Only planning matters count in a decision: things like the look of a building, traffic, noise, overlooking, loss of light, and the council's local development plan. A fall in the value of a neighbouring home doesn't count, nor does who the applicant is.

I will change the use class from B2 to D2. I will make no structural changes to the unit nor will I alter the appearance of the unit. The interior is already open plan which is ideal for the use of a small Muay Thai unit, the unit already has two toilets and a small separate room that will be used as a changing room.
