Cwmbrynich Sennybridge Brecon Powys LD3 8SS

The proposal comprises six small ponds positioned along existing runoff routes and a ditch within agricultural grazing land. The ponds will use existing hollows and natural landforms, with excavated soil used to form retaining bunds. A leaky stone wall at Pond 5 will allow water to drain gradually. Ponds 5 and 6 will also provide livestock drinking water.

Have your say

This application is waiting for a decision, so you can still comment. Say whether you support or object, and why, sticking to planning matters. Comments go to the council and are usually published.

Only planning matters count in a decision: things like the look of a building, traffic, noise, overlooking, loss of light, and the council's local development plan. A fall in the value of a neighbouring home doesn't count, nor does who the applicant is.
