RESOLVED that the Well-being Plan is approved for publication, with implementation from June 2023. The Chair thanked everyone for their work in helping to develop the plan.

RESOLVED to recommend to the Council at its meeting in October 2023 to amend the membership of the Public Service Board Scrutiny Committee to accommodate a maximum of three co-opted Members from other organisations · Those co-opted members cannot: · be drawn from the executive of the organisation. · be officers from the organisation. · be Powys County Council representatives on those organisations. Partners to nominate members to serve on the Public Service Board Scrutiny Committee. ACTION
