Scrutiny recommendations on the route optimisation review
The Committee endorsed better governance, risk management and oversight for significant service changes, and the service's ongoing work to improve performance and stabilise collections. It requested a clearer business case for future major changes, better financial information, and improved tracking and reporting of missed collections. It also made recommendations on project governance, the Sustainable Powys principles (the Council's approach to sustainable working), and the impact on vulnerable residents.
