Strategic Risk Register Quarter 3 Report
RESOLVED that Cabinet notes the current Strategic Risk Register and is satisfied with progress against mitigating actions for quarter 3, approves the de-escalation of ASC0066 and IAWARD0009 (detailed under point 3.6 & 3.7 of the report), in addition the escalation of ED0056 (detailed under point 3.8 of the report)

Strategic Risk Register, quarter 3 2025/26
Cabinet noted the current Strategic Risk Register and was satisfied with progress against mitigating actions for quarter 3. The report noted that risks PPPP0030 and PPPP0031 were being merged into a new risk, PPPP0045.
