Discretionary Cost of Living Support Scheme
RESOLVED 1. To approve that any underspend on the main Cost of Living Support Scheme (COLSS) is transferred to the Discretionary Scheme fund. 2. To approve the establishment of a Councillor and Officer Group as advised in Section 3.3 of the report. 3. To approve the Cost-of-Living crisis Discretionary Scheme set out in paragraph 3.4 of the report.
