The recommendation to approve the virement was moved by County Councillor Jackie Charlton and seconded by County Councillor Pete Roberts and by 25 votes to 21 with 1 abstention it was RESOLVED to support the Cabinet’s decision on 24.6.25 to accept Option A as set in paragraph 3.4 to the report (as recommended by the ERC Scrutiny Committee) by approving the virement of £1.349m in this financial year from SPF grant, reserve and the Risk Budget as set out in Table 5 ,with the required funding for 2026/27 onwards to be considered as part of the normal budget se…
