RESOLVED to grant a 2 hour extension for Outdoor Music (extension from 23:00 – 01:00) and a Late Night Refreshment (extension from 00:00 – 01:30), effective immediately. The Chair reminded the applicant that it would be their responsibility to ensure particularly that the noise management plan, staffing and the safe egress of pedestrians from the site was effective as the same is subject to scrutiny and review.
