Resolved that application 23-002CA be granted as made and that the entirety of MCL061 comprising 25.2 hectares (62.3 acres) of land be removed from the Register of Common Land, as shown hatched red on the plan at appendix 3. The Committee thanked the officer for her detailed report and the clear presentation.
