RESOLVED 1. To note the update on approval of the Regional Transport Plan by Welsh Government. 2. To note the outcome of the Welsh Government Grants Review and the introduction of the RTF. 3. that authority be delegated to RTP Sub Committee to approve and submit the delivery plan.
