RESOLVED • to approve the amendments to the final Regional Transport Plan and appendices and send the documents to Welsh Government for approval. • to grant delegation to the Regional Transport Lead in conjunction with the Chair to make any further minor amendments to the Regional Transport Plan if required, with any changes to be shared with members of the Committee. Tribute was paid to Ann Elias, the Regional Transport Lead, for her work on the Plan and for all her work before her retirement.

RESOLVED 1. To note the progress made on Quarter 1 expenditure profiles, major scheme delivery, the communications strategy update and planning for Year 2 of the Regional Transport Fund programme. 2. To formally approve the proposed 2026/27 operational CJC Regional Transport programme management and administration budget and local authority allocations as outlined in Section 3.0 of the report.
