Customer Experience Framework
RESOLVED 1. that Cabinet acknowledge the development of Powys Council’s first Customer Experience Framework, along with the insights gathered during the public consultation process. 2. that Cabinet approve the Customer Experience Framework which can be found in Appendix 4.
