   DECISION to initiate the Traffic Regulation Order consultation procedure in accordance with The Local Authorities' Traffic Orders (Procedure) (England and Wales) Regulations 1996 for the proposed new 40mph and restricted road speed limits along parts of the B4392, A490, U2166 and U4860 in the settlements of Groes-lwyd and Guilsfield as set out in the plan in Appendix B to the report; and if no substantive objections are received to implement the proposal.
