County Councillor Jackie Charlton Cabinet Member for a Greener Powys Decisions Taken 1 October 2024 Decisions Published 1 October 2024 Decisions Effective 9 October 2024 C0240 Free Street, Brecon Proposed One Way DECISION: That the objections are noted but overruled and the Traffic Regulation Order making Free Street one way in a southerly direction as set out in the plan in Appendix A to the report be made and implemented in accordance with the Local Authorities’ Traffic Orders (Procedure) (England and Wales) Regulations 1996.
