Members agreed to use last year's approach for the annual report, to report performance information directly to individual scrutiny committees, and to set the new work programme in a format based on last year's workshops. The minute also records agreement on a change to seating arrangements at scrutiny meetings.
Scrutiny Chairs and Vice Chairs considered the format of the annual scrutiny report, a plan to restart Scrutiny Chairs' blogs, and the council's multi-location meeting policy. They agreed to restart the blogs on the council website, starting with the Chair of the Overview and Scrutiny Committee. They noted the multi-location meeting policy before it goes to full council.
