Draft Strategic Equality Plan 2024-28
Members resolved to pre-scrutinise the draft plan and to authorise the Service Director Democratic Services and Communications to give Members' feedback to Cabinet. They also resolved to add the plan to the future Overview and Scrutiny work programme. Members recommended that scrutiny revisit the item to measure its effectiveness, especially the rollout of mandatory training for all staff.

Strategic Equality Plan 2024-2028
Cabinet considered the scrutiny comments in Appendix 2 and approved the content and publication of the Strategic Equality Plan.
