The Swansea Bay City Region Joint Committee met on 27 January 2026. It received a quarter 3 monitoring report on the Swansea Bay City Deal, the regional investment programme run by the councils in the area. It approved a closure report for the Digital Village project at 71-72 Kingsway, a document retention policy, and a quarter 3 financial monitoring report.
