The Working Group made eleven conclusions and recommendations, covering interdepartmental meetings, enforcement, street signs, street lighting, tree stumps and extra cleansing teams. Its letter of 4 March 2026 put these to the Cabinet Members, and their reply of 31 March 2026 responded to each point.
