Adopting new guidance on converting traditional rural buildings
The committee resolved to adopt the Conversion of Traditional Rural Buildings supplementary planning guidance (SPG), as attached at Appendix A of the report, as guidance supporting the adopted Local Development Plan. It also authorised the Head of Planning and City Regeneration, or a delegated officer, to make any outstanding typographical, grammatical, presentational or factual amendments before publication.
