Agreed that public consultation takes place on a draft HMO Licensing Policy for 2025. This includes redesignating the Additional HMO licensing scheme in the Castle, Uplands, St Thomas and Waterfront wards. Agreed that the consultation results will be reported back to Council for adoption of a new Licensing Policy 2025.
