Cabinet noted the mandatory Welsh Government requirement to set a 20mph default in Swansea, endorsed the approach in the report, and delegated authority to the Cabinet Member for Environment and Infrastructure to approve exceptions agreed with individual ward members, leading to formal advertisement of the Traffic Regulation Orders needed.
