New job evaluation scheme for Chief Officers
Council approved the independent consultants' recommendations, adopted the Local Government Association (LGA) job evaluation scheme for Chief Officers for future use, agreed that the Pay Policy be changed to match, and noted the existing pay bands. Job evaluation means scoring jobs to show how big they are compared with each other.
