The Panel agreed to cancel the meeting on 25 March and to discuss those items at its next scheduled meeting on 22 April 2024.

Draft terms of reference and project plan for grants inquiry
The Panel agreed that an updated terms of reference would be circulated to Panel members to reflect the comments made, and reported back to the next Panel meeting along with the plan for gathering evidence.
