Education budget proposals for 2025/26

It says the Panel's points would be forwarded to the Service Improvement, Regeneration and Finance Scrutiny Performance Panel, for inclusion in overall budget feedback to the Leader and the Cabinet Member for Economy, Finance and Strategy before the Cabinet meeting on 20 February. The Panel asked to see the Leader's or Cabinet's response to the School Budget Forum. It asked the Education Directorate for a summary of school reserves as at 31 March 2025, and said it should look more closely at ALN funding and demand at future meetings.
