Councillor L Graham Thomas was elected Deputy Lord Mayor of the City and County of Swansea for 2022-2023. The motion was moved by Councillor C A Holley and seconded by Councillor P M Black. The Deputy Lord Mayor then signed a declaration of acceptance of office.
