Family Absence Procedure Rules
The Family Absence Procedure Rules were adopted and added to the Constitution, with two amendments: a new paragraph 8.3 on dispensation from attending meetings for three months after a return, and a new paragraph 9.2 on substitute members for councillors who hold a Civic or Senior Salary.
