Deed of variation to the Joint Committee Agreement
The Joint Committee approved the draft deed of variation to the Joint Committee Agreement of 29 August 2018, and delegated authority to the SBCD Monitoring Officer to make minor changes before all parties sign it. It noted that each council had approved delegating certain City Deal functions to the South West Wales Corporate Joint Committee. It approved the proposals for the future conduct of City Deal business in paragraphs 2.5 and 2.6 of the report.
