Draft budget proposals for 2026/27 to 2029/30
Cabinet approved the budget proposals in the report and Appendix B as the basis for consultation. It adopted the updated forecast as the starting point for the new medium term financial plan, which Council will consider on 5 March 2026. It agreed the consultation approach for staff, trade unions, residents and partners. It will receive the consultation outcome and final proposals on 19 February 2026.
