Local Growth Fund 2026-29 and Pride in Place delivery arrangements
It approved the programme management delegations, the scope of three regional anchor projects and the Economic Growth Fund transition measures, and the proposed Local Growth Fund and Economic Growth Fund budgets. It approved the format and content of Economic Growth Fund governance, and matching the £1.5m UK Government Pride in Place Impact Fund to the placemaking and community section of the Economic Growth Fund. It approved designating the Pride in Place Neighbourhood Programme, and receiving and spending a £150k capacity award to set it up. It noted that further FPR7 reports will come back to Cabinet for capital projects arising from these funds.
