Cynllun Datblygu Lleol 2023-2038 (LDP2): Y Strategaeth a Ffefrir a'r Cytundeb Cyflawni
The Council noted the report and the engagement carried out so far. It approved the LDP2 Pre-Deposit Plan (Preferred Strategy) so that public consultation can start. It made the Integrated Sustainability Appraisal, Habitats Regulations Assessment and Candidate Site Register available for comment alongside it. It approved the Revised LDP2 Delivery Agreement for submission to the Welsh Government. It authorised the Head of Planning and City Regeneration, or a delegated officer, to make minor amendments before publication.
