AGREED that:- · A sub-group is formed to discuss and recommend actions to the next Gwent Archives Joint Committee meeting to include the appointment of new co-optees and the attendance of existing co-optees; and · The Chair of the Gwent Archives Joint Committee contact Co-opted members unable to regularly attend to confirm their continued membership.

AGREED the skills, knowledge and experience required to fulfil the role of co-opted member, and that opportunities to join the Gwent Archives Joint Committee as a co-opted member be advertised widely via social media, local authority communications teams, contact lists and the local media.
