Council endorsed the 9th Cardiff Local Development Plan Annual Monitoring Report for submission to the Welsh Government by 31 October 2025. The vote was 62 for and 8 against, with no abstentions. Cllrs Brown-Reckless, Cowan, Driscoll, Lancaster, McEvoy, Owen, Topham and Williams voted against.
