The Committee agreed that the Chairperson will write to the Cabinet Member with the Committee's comments, observations and recommendations.

Highways Asset Management Plan
Cabinet noted the current state of the Highways Asset Management Plan 3 (HAMP). The HAMP will inform Cabinet's recommendations to Council for the 2024/25 revenue and capital budget and the medium-term budget. Cabinet also approved spending £2 million from the 2023/24 budget on carriageways, to limit ongoing deterioration concerns.
