Replacement Local Development Plan: Draft Preferred Strategy
The Committee agreed to extend the consultation period on the plan from 6 weeks to 10 weeks, until the end of September. The Chairperson will write to the Cabinet Member on the Committee's behalf to pass on its comments, observations and recommendations.

Replacement Local Development Plan 2021-2036: preferred strategy for consultation
Cabinet agreed to recommend that Council approve the Replacement Local Development Plan preferred strategy, as set out in Appendix 1, for consultation. It also agreed to recommend that Council approve a revised timetable for preparing the plan, so it can be sent to Welsh Government for consideration and agreement.
