Football Facilities Strategic Framework
The Committee agreed that the Chairperson, on behalf of the Committee, would write to the Cabinet Member with the Committee's observations and recommendations on the way forward.

Consulting on football pitch facilities and hub sites
Cabinet approved a consultation on the partnership approach to modernising Cardiff's football pitches, including the possible future creation of a smaller number of hub sites. Officers will return to Cabinet for final approval on hub sites. Cabinet also approved a consultation with schools and other stakeholders on the proposed Community Focused Schools 3G Playing Pitch Policy, and a call for Expressions of Interest from local football clubs that may wish to manage facilities themselves under an Agreement, so they can attract investment. Cllr Bradbury declared a personal interest as a member of Caerau Sports Trust, left the meeting and did not take part in the decision.
