The Committee agreed that the Chairperson will write to the Cabinet Member with the Committee's observations and recommendations on the way forward.
Cabinet. The Cabinet makes most of the council's decisions.
Cardiff Riding School: procurement of an alternative operator
Cabinet delegated authority to the Director of Economic Development, after consulting the Cabinet Member for Culture, Sport & Parks, the Section 151 Officer (the senior finance officer) and the Director of Governance and Legal Services, to run the procurement. This covers the delivery model, the scoring method and starting the process. The outcome will return to a future Cabinet meeting for contract award. Cabinet also agreed, subject to interest in the opportunity, to advertise the proposed disposal (sale or lease) of land shown in Appendix B, under the Local Government Act 1972, and to report back on the outcome.
Items are linked when their titles share most of their words and they fall within 18 months of each other. Councils don't number reports across meetings, so a few links may be wrong, and a step may be missing if its title changed a lot. Each step links to the meeting, where the council's own papers are.
