Cardiff Capital Region Investment Zone update
Cabinet noted progress on the Investment Zone. It delegated authority to the Director of Development & Growth, in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Investment, Employment & Inclusive Growth, the Section 151 Officer and the Monitoring Officer, to finalise, approve and sign a Memorandum of Understanding on retained business rates within the Investment Zone. It approved the response to the Economy & Culture Scrutiny Committee's Place Based Economic Interventions Inquiry. It delegated authority to the Chief Executive to finalise arrangements for the Council's participation on the Investment Zone Advisory Board.
