Llanrumney Regeneration Scheme update
The Cabinet noted progress on the Llanrumney Regeneration Scheme. It delegated authority to the Director of Economic Development, with consultation, to progress the sale of three parcels of land in the sequence set out in the report, and to enter legal contracts for the new road link and bridge, subject to an independent valuation, the capped contribution in a confidential appendix, and the funding being available.
Items are linked when their titles share most of their words and they fall within 18 months of each other. Councils don't number reports across meetings, so a few links may be wrong, and a step may be missing if its title changed a lot. Each step links to the meeting, where the council's own papers are.
