Revisions to the Fair Work (Long Term Agency Worker) Policy
Cabinet approved the revisions to the Fair Work (Long Term Agency Worker) Policy and noted that the policy will keep being reviewed. It delegated authority to the Corporate Director, Resources, in consultation with the Chief Executive and the Cabinet Member for Finance, Modernisation and Performance, and with advice from the Director of Governance and Legal Services, to make further revisions the council considers appropriate to reflect its commitment to being a Fair Work employer.
