Subject to future budget allocation, Cabinet approved increasing the value of contracts to be allocated through the Dynamic Procurement System (DPS) from £49 million to £138.8 million. This covers all new contracts allocated until 31 August 2029. It also delegated power to award single tender spot contracts outside the DPS of up to £30 million for upcoming statutory taxi contracts, subject to budget. Cabinet noted that if the budget requirement exceeds the current allocation, the matter will return to Cabinet. It also noted that a further report will come to Cabinet once changes in the wider funding context are understood.
Items are linked when their titles share most of their words and they fall within 18 months of each other. Councils don't number reports across meetings, so a few links may be wrong, and a step may be missing if its title changed a lot. Each step links to the meeting, where the council's own papers are.
