Annual Property Plan 2023/24
Cabinet approved the Annual Property Plan 2023/24 and its transactions list. It noted the potential revenue and capital investment needed to keep existing buildings compliant and to meet emerging legislation, such as work linked to Energy Performance Certificates (certificates that rate how energy efficient a building is).
