Statement of Accounts for 2021/22
Council approved the audited Statement of Accounts for 2021/22 for Cardiff Council and Cardiff Harbour Authority, and the Annual Governance Statement for 2021/22. It approved the Cardiff Port Health Authority Annual Return for 2021/22. It noted the auditor's ISA 260 reports from Audit Wales and the letters of representation. It noted that several documents will be signed after the meeting.

RESOLVED – That the Committee notes the 2022/23 draft Statement of Accounts and the audited Statements and the Audit of Accounts (ISA260) reports for 2022/23.

Statement of Accounts 2022/23
Council approved the audited Statement of Accounts for 2022/23 for Cardiff Council and Cardiff Harbour Authority. It also approved the Annual Governance Statement for 2022/23 and the Cardiff Port Health Authority Annual Return for 2022/23. It noted the audit reports from Audit Wales and the final letters of representation. The recommendations were carried by 60 votes to none, with 3 abstentions.
