The Committee noted the information in the report and its appendices. It agreed the information was sufficient and had no concerns about the declaration forms in Appendix B, but said the format of Appendix B could be clearer. It deferred further consideration to its next meeting to clarify points about the process. Part of the discussion took place in private, under Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972, because Appendix B is exempt from publication.
