Special Procedures functions under the Public Health (Wales) Act 2017
Cabinet noted the arrangements for Special Procedures functions that the statutory Licensing Committee must carry out. It approved amending the SRS Joint Working Agreement and authorised the Director of Governance & Legal Services, in consultation with the relevant Cabinet member, to agree and execute a Deed of Variation.
